I wake up at 10 in the morning to eat brunch. 1 in the afternoon is nap time. Nap time is until 5 in the afternoon. I sleep at around 3 or 4 in the morning. How am I going to adjust back to my normal timetable? (As if my “normal” timetable was “normal,” after all.)
